Royal Enfield Scram 440, A Rugged Modern Classic
The upcoming Royal Enfield Scram 440 is shaping up to be a powerful and versatile motorcycle. It will retain the brand’s signature retro aesthetic while incorporating modern features for today’s riders. The Scram 440 is expected to showcase a more aggressive stance, which adds to its dynamic and adventurous appeal. A round LED headlamp is likely to feature at the front, blending vintage charm with contemporary lighting.
Royal Enfield is expected to offer the Scram 440 in five striking color variants: Force Blue, Force Grey, Force Teal, Trail Green, and Trail Blue. Buyers will also have the choice between alloy wheels and spoked wheels, catering to both urban riders and off-road enthusiasts. The motorcycle will likely be built on a lightweight frame and could offer a ground clearance of 200 mm, making it ideal for diverse terrains.
Under the hood, the Scram 440 is expected to be powered by a 443cc single-cylinder engine, delivering 25.4 PS of power and 34 Nm of peak torque. These specifications position it as a capable performer in both city and trail riding conditions.
Royal Enfield Classic 650, A More Powerful Classic
Royal Enfield’s Classic 350 has long been one of the most popular motorcycles in India. Now, the company is preparing to introduce an even more powerful version of this beloved model the Royal Enfield Classic 650. Staying true to its heritage, the Classic 650 will feature a teardrop-shaped fuel tank and round headlamp, keeping the traditional look intact while upgrading its overall performance and features.
This new model will be built on the same platform as the Super Meteor 650, ensuring refined engineering and solid build quality. The Classic 650 will be powered by a 647.95cc air/oil-cooled parallel twin engine, expected to generate 47.6 PS of power and 52 Nm of torque. It will also include a 6-speed gearbox, offering smooth and responsive gear transitions.
For wheels, the motorcycle is likely to come with a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheels. It will also be equipped with dual-channel ABS, enhancing safety during braking.
